Burlington’s Joseph Brant Hospital is Getting a New Addition

If you’ve walked or driven by Burlington downtown on Lakeshore Road, down past by Joseph Brant Hospital you would have seen that the construction of the new hospital wing is well under way! It’s a two phase project, due to be completed by Fall 2017, and highlights many new facilities, rooms, parking facility, university and administrative offices, emergency dept, and more. Super exciting time for residents of Burlington, as this is one of the largest redevelopment project the city has seen in a long time.

Joseph Brant Hospital Redevelopment and Expansion project was funded by many people, organizations, local and provincial bodies, over the years, and it has finally started to shape up.

When it’s all done it’ll be a state of the art medical facility, embracing eco friendly design, and environmentally conscious project management. The hospital rooms have been designed to promote patient and family centered care and by incorporating the latest technological advancements that will enable the staff to deliver exemplary healthcare services to Burlington community.
