Mountainside is a neighbourhood community in the northwest end of the City of Burlington. Bounded by Hwy 407 ETR on the north, Guelph Line on the east, Hwy QEW/403 on the south and Brant Street on the west. Mountainside's close proximity to the highways 407 and QEW/403, and Burlington GO Station makes the commuting easy.
The Mountainside neighbourhood features many amenities including: grade schools, M.M. Robinson High School, churches, small and big plazas (The Burlington Retail Power Centre), parks (Mountainside Park), trails and Mountainside Pool (Outdoor). The neighbourhood is older which means the property land is larger. Most of the homes are single semi detached houses, some townhomes and few condos. Home prices are around $450K average, starting at $250K and up. It's a very nice neighbourhood for raising a family, being that it's clean, quiet and safe.
