Millcroft is a neighbourhood in the North East end of the City of Burlington, located East of Guelph Line to Burloak (Bronte Creek Provincial Park) and north of highway QEW up to Dundas Street (Hwy. #5). This large area also includes neighbourhoods of Orchard, Headon Forest and Palmer. This desirable area surrounds the Millcroft Golf Club
(Awarded Burlington's "BEST GOLF COURSE" for the last 10 yrs. by the Reader's Choice Awards). Millcroft and the surrounding neighbourhoods feature mostly residential properties: houses, townhouse and newly built condos around the major streets.
Orchard and Millcroft areas have a lot of green space and many quiet, family friendly streets. There are lots of parks and hiking trails as well as shopping centers, schools, and recreational facilities close by. Tansley Woods Library is not too far either for all those who love to read. Additionally, the quick access to 407 highway and QEW/403 makes this area of Burlington sought after by many younger couple who work in Toronto but want to live in suburbia. It has all the amenities of city living but in a healthy, clean environment. All in all - this area a perfect place to raise a family!
